How SIA „AurumVIA” processes personal data collected through this website.

Data controller

SIA „AurumVIA”, registration No. 40203550477, registered address: Tirgus iela 3-2, Iecava, Bauskas nov., LV-3913, Latvia.

Phone: +371 25746561. Email: info@aurumvia.lv. You may use either channel for questions about how we handle personal data.

What data we process

Contact form. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and your message. This is sent to info@aurumvia.lv and is not stored in the website database.

Statistics. The site runs Google Analytics, which collects visit statistics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This is gathered using cookies.

Security. We use Wordfence to protect the site. It records the IP addresses of requests in order to identify and block attacks.

We do not operate user accounts, publish comments, or sell anything through this website.

Why we process it

Contact form data is used to answer your question and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Statistics help us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. The legal basis is your consent.

Security data is processed in our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation and any resulting contract require, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period, for example for accounting records.

The retention period for statistics is set by Google Analytics. Security logs are kept only briefly.

Who receives the data

We do not pass data to third parties for advertising and we do not sell it.

Technically, data may be accessible to the providers that keep the site running: our server host, our email provider, and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). Some of these may process data outside the European Union under data protection mechanisms approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for statistics cookies. To do so, write to info@aurumvia.lv.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
